Netflix has redesigned their movie pages, which has unfortunately broken Paper Case on Netflix. This redesign is being rolled out to Netflix visitors over time, so it does not affect everyone who visits the site yet. Once the roll-out seems complete to all Netflix visitors Paper Case will be updated to accommodate the changes. Thanks to everyone for bringing this to Liquid Mongoose’s attention and for your patience.

UPDATE – This issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone for their patience on this issue.

Liquid Mongoose Launches Transitly

March 31st, 2009

Liquid Mongoose continues its effort to solve life’s little gaps with the launch of Transitly.com. Transitly is a timetable web application for people who ride mass transit everyday. Unlike mapping and trip planning applications, Transitly does not offer maps, step by step instructions, or routing information. Most of us ride the same one or two buses or trains everyday, and don’t need all these features to slow us down. All we want to know is: “When is my next bus?” This application is for that purpose. Transitly automatically saves your most used routes and displays them on the front page. Once you enter your routes, you are one click away from knowing the only information you need.

Currently, the following cities are supported, but more will be coming soon so please check back for announcements.

  • Austin (Capital Metro)
  • Dallas (Dart)
  • Denver (RTD)
  • Houston (Metro)
  • Milwaukee (MCTS)
  • Portland (TriMet)

Picasa Web Albums Now Supported

December 9th, 2008

Liquid Mongoose is pleased to announce that Picasa Web Albums are now supported. Just in time for the holidays, you can use the existing Paper Case bookmarklet to create picture CD and DVD covers for sharing photos with friends and family. If you have already installed the bookmarklet, you do not need to re-install, you are ready to go. If you haven’t, please visit the Paper Case main page.
If you are unfamiliar with Picasa, it is desktop software used to manage your photos. One of its features, Web Albums, allows you to upload collections of photos into Web Albums, where you can easily share your photos online. Paper Case now supports these Web Albums, printing a fold-able case that includes the cover photo, album data, thumbnails, and the URL to the album.
If you have any questions or comments, please visit the contact page.
